After much speculation, suspense and anticipation, here are the results of the 3rd annual Technics inthemix50 DJ Poll. This year was the biggest yet with over 40,000 votes cast for Australia’s favourite DJs.
Having won the top spot in the Technics inthemix50 every year since its inception, it’s evident that Kid Kenobi’s popularity shows no signs of waning. Some people said he couldn’t do it 3 years running, but Kid Kenobi has proved once and for all that he’s Australia’s favourite DJ. End of story!
The past year saw Nik Fish work tirelessly to further cement his position as the unrivaled king of Australia’s hard dance scene.
Mark Dynamix has sold in excess of 800,000 copies of his mix CDs worldwide, and with good reason.
Once again Bexta shows she has what it takes to be Australia’s #1 female DJ.
In '03 Ajax ranked #44, in '04 he shot up 34 spots to #10. In '05 he’s cracked the top 5 - for Ajax the sky is the limit.
