Nobody came with any aggro or attitude, everyone was just out to enjoy themselves and have a great time, we had glorious weather and some great performances. I’m really looking forward to see what the V Festival has to offer next year!

The forecast was for a cool April day: grey skies, showers and the mercury dropping below 20 degrees. So I had braced myself for a wet and rather messy V Festival.

Contrary to what was hypothesized by certain parties on the night, The Do are not in fact M83 in different shirts and novelty facial hair. They are completely different acts.

For the 3rd time, V Festival again brought together another eclectic mix of hot international acts, as well as launching the careers of the annual Garage to V winners.
