Pnau shook the world up with the release of their 2001 album ‘Sambanova’, but after the release of 2003’s ‘Again’ things went a little quiet for the band. The silence was finally broken with last year’s self-titled release. From its twelve tracks came the festival-ruling single ‘Wild Strawberries’, a song that captures their new noisy electro sound quite effectively. Pnau are certainly back in a big way!

It was a nice summery day to be outside with friends and hear some good music. OK, call me greedy but I had such a fantastic time and I really wanted the sets to go longer. Kudos to Ministry of Sound for bringing out such quality acts. [more]
All in all, the ‘Ladies Domain’ went off on Saturday, and with Paul Kelly and Cut Copy wrapping up the proceedings, I couldn’t have asked for a better way to end a day of watching great Australian rock, dance and live music at its absolute finest. [more]
