Given the title of Abstract Afro Journey, I expected this compilation mixed by Ron Trent to be predominantly afro house. However, upon listening to the album it was to find that it more heavily leans towards the deep and jazzy end of house.

Being a big fan of all things chilled and relaxed I was quite happy to receive a mix CD by the one and only Ron Trent. A man with huge credentials, but is unknown by the masses.
