The German powerhouse label Sonar Kollektiv has done it again. Never an imprint to shy away from adventurous releases, their recently-released compilation combines food, wine and music to great effect.

If you prefer your music manned, not canned, there’s a lot out there if you go looking for it. Saturday night was a great example of that, so kudos to Future Classic for finding and showcasing some of it!
