Following yesterday's record sell out of the Big Day Out in Sydney, Queensland has followed suit and snapped up all tickets for the Gold Coast leg of the tour, and in less than one day!
It certainly has been a manic week for festivals and sell-out events, but the madness aint over yet… The Sydney leg of the Big Day Out went on sale at 9am this morning and within less than an hour, all tickets had completely sold out.
OK we all know Rage Against the Machine will be headlining and there have been whispers of Bjork – well now we can finally put the rumours to bed as the Big Day Out 2008 first line-up is revealed!
A trio of brashly diverse bands rocked out a crowded room in one my fave places for live music and intimate lounging. This hugely successful night of stylish bands fit the bill snugly for the September Modular Party.
