The We Love Sounds lineup is certainly full of quality indie/dance crossover acts - think The Whip, The Bravery and !!!. But London’s Grand National definitely stand out from the pack, and are arguably the pick of the bunch. [more]

As the June long weekend approaches and we all gear up for the biggest party of the winter season We Love Sounds , news is starting to trickle down on the opportunities that we’ll have to catch some of these acts in a more intimate setting. [more]
We Love Sounds was back again, and proved that Sounds really have the whole festival thing down pat. To put it simply, it made me feel like maybe I'm not too old for festivals just yet and proved that making the music the main focus really does work. [more]

Grand National - Cherry Tree
With comparisons of New Order and Happy Mondays being levelled at them Grand National have a lot to live up to. Admittedly upon listening to their second single Cherry Tree it's neither of these seminal bands that come to mind. [more]
