Richie McNeil

Director, Totem Onelove Group

Richie McNeil has over 21 years experience in the music industry, working his way from an 18-year old event promoter to running one of the country’s most successful events businesses.

Richie started early, becoming the Director of Dance at Mushroom Records (MDS) at the age of 19 and started Hardware a few years later. On NYE in 2005 Hardware celebrated 15 years of events. As the director of Two Tribes, Richie brought the first national dance music festival to Australia and has now toured some of the biggest names in music including Tiesto, Paul Van Dyk, Jeff Mills, Fedde Le Grand, Sasha, Deep Dish, Carl Cox and Richie Hawtin.

In his current role as the Director of Totem Onelove, Richie handles major festival brands like Stereosonic and Creamfields along with the top touring artists, statutory authorities and directing the whole company. There are not many people in the Australian scene who have more experience and have been able to turn that experience into such great success over the past few decades.
