Calico plays records at some of Canberra’s freshest parties. Taking bits and pieces from hip hop, house, breakbeat and electro, this is not so much a demo, as a mix for friends – listen on a lazy Sunday afternoon, when you wanna get up, but just can’t seem to open your eyes.
After editing inthemix.com.au for a couple of years, he now drops a regular column on ITM, writes for the Canberra Times, Spinach 7 and Cyclic Defrost, and holds down the weekly radio show Therapy (syndicated to over 50 community stations around the country via CBAA’s community radio satellite).
