What night has booty popping and krumping with bass that imitates the beat to your heart? A Night at The Jazz Rooms at Sydney’s Basement of course! Live percussion from the Samba Frog got the audience booty shaking with every beat, creating an atmosphere filled with culture. For the night you have left the hussle and bussle of Sydney and reached your exotic holiday destination where live music, dancers and performers are there to make your night one you’ll never forget. DJ Russ Dewbury got the audience shaking it on the d- floor and head bopping to his mixture of hip hop turntablism, jazz and Spanish beats.
With the next destination, Grillastep opened up the set with Missy Elliot’s Get Your Freak On – and the audience did just that. Krumping their way onto the stage with slick moves – it was “represent”! – straight from the streets. A Night At The Jazz Rooms was set out like a music festival. It was definitely held at a great venue and the place for something different for the cool crowd who aren’t afraid to get down and support quality live music.
