STREAMING AUDIO INTERVIEW

The last 12 months have been something of a blur for rapidly rising Melbourne producer Dirty South. Following the release of his debut EP early in 2005 – which featured that remix of Evermore – he’s been in hot demand around Australia and beyond. In fact the last year has seen him touring the globe extensively, playing everywhere from Russia to Canada, and the remix offers have also come flooding in.

Attending WMC in Miami for the very first time in 2007, Dirty South has played several high profile events during the week, culminating with a huge party at the famed Nikki Beach on Saturday night. Here he talks with Tim Hardaker about remixing Tiesto and being interviewed by Pete Tong for the live BBC Radio 1 broadcast from Miami, and he also spills the beans on his Ministry of Sound ‘Sessions’ mix CD, coming soon.
