He was here in December, touring the country for his critically acclaimed (if we do say so ourselves) mix CD for this very site; ‘inthemix.2006’, and it seems he enjoyed himself so much he’s decided to head back here only 6 months later. Fans of quality music rejoice, because it’s not just a tour of our fair country Ben Watt’s about ready to undertake, as his latest ‘Buzzin Fly’ mix CD was also released this week. Now up to its fourth installment, the series is fast becoming one of the most anticipated in the underground house and tech scene worldwide. Some call his style ‘nu techno’, some call it ‘deep house for the electro generation’. Most people just call it really good music.
