STREAMING AUDIO INTERVIEW
Thanks to a touring schedule that sees him visiting Australian shores regularly, and a steadily growing discography of singles that have the mysterious ability to send dancefloors into a state of euphoric bliss, US house DJ and producer Kaskade continues to find himself riding the crest of a wave of success down under.
Since breaking through with his seminal hit ‘It’s You, It’s Me’ in 2003, Kaskade (real name Ryan Raddon) has proved to be a favourite of the summer-time festival crowds in Australia. He’s now got several artist albums to his credit, including last summer’s ‘Love Mysterious’, and just recently he unveiled his latest masterpiece, the new mix album ‘Bring The Night’.
Talking with ITM’s Tim Hardaker, Ryan opened up about his rapidly growing profile in America, how his career has continued to soar since leaving long-time label Om in favour of Ultra, and when we might be likely to see him back in Australia.
‘Bring The Night’, mixed by Kaskade, is out now through Hussle/EMI.
