STREAMING AUDIO INTERVIEW
There’s no denying that the name Carl Cox has grown to become synonymous with dance music culture. In fact, ‘grown’ is probably the wrong term to use, because Cox has been there since earliest days of acid house and rave, and after more than two decades in the game he remains one of the scene’s most enduring figureheads.
Speaking with ITM ahead of his upcoming club show tour and as headline DJ on the Big Day Out, Carl went into depth on how 2007 panned out for him. Listen in as Carl goes into detail on 2007’s highs (his summer in Ibiza) and lows (the tragic shooting Caracas, Venezuela), as well as his thoughts on the DJ Mag Top 100 cheating scandal.
