STREAMING AUDIO INTERVIEW
It’s been 4 long years since Infusion’s positively huge album Six Feet Above Yesterday first burst through our speakers. Although the trio have kept a relatively low profile of late, that’s all about to change with the release of their brand new single Dogtown. It’s the first taste of their forthcoming third album, which is due to drop in early 2009 on their very own label Futuresque.
With live electronic music now very much the norm on the Australian scene, it’s sometimes forgotten that Infusion have been around and pushing it for longer than most. The trio have toured to more than 123 cities in 39 countries across their expansive career, and they’ve played as some of the biggest clubs and festivals in the world, including Coachella, Roskilde, Fabric, Glastonbury and Creamfields.
Dogtown will be available soon through Infusion’s own label Futuresque. They play selected Stereosonic dates in November as well:
Nov 22 – Stereosonic, Brisbane
Nov 29 – Stereosonic, Melbourne
