TOM WAX’s illustrious career started with DJ’ing in small clubs in his home town. Today he has played nearly every big festival and famous club in Europe and has visited most cities in the world . His DJ sets span the spectrum of dance music from House, Acid, and Trance to Progressive. Next to this Tom Wax also manages to be a musician, producer and remixer. AWEX was born in 1994 when TOM, and his mate THORSTEN, looked to bring a new and very personal project into life. “AWeX” (Adler-Wax-eXperiments) perhaps became TOM’s most recognisable production guise. Their first 10inch called “It´s our future”, was the biggest anthem of 1995 and was ‘the tune’ of the Berlin LOVE PARADE that year. Still loved and revered today, it has seen various re-incarnations over the years including a re-mix released in 2000.
