This is a re-mix of ‘hip to house.’ it was made using 2 decks, a Technics mixer and a CDJ1000. I have made a few re-edits of certain tracks, but no studio tricks have been used – just love and a crazy muthafuckin set program.
At 22, Moe has established himself as a new force in the club scene along with many elite young dj’s such as John Glover, Jilbert, Tim C, Moneyshot, Jonny Powell, Luna, Synik, Sam Serene, Ben Morris etc.
Moe’s style is all things funky. Whether it be the smooth jazz sounds, to all facets of hip hop and funk, right through to breaks, and deep and funky house. Moe’s diversity has seen him play at most club nights doing his thing strictly for the love of music, and has regularly seen him travel to Melbourne to play at many of their top clubs. Moe has played at Sublime and Together at Home, Fridays@ Gas, Kink, ear candy + woof @Yu, clean and serene, greenwood, the bourbon, Sweetchilli, the Globe, Q bar, the Roxbury, Homebar, World Bar, Minc lounge, Lo’tel, The Cave, Suzie Q’s, Candy’s apartment, cargo, Lepanic, (seven, f four, q bar – Melbourne) and official DJ for Red Bull at both the Eastern and Australian university games. Through his musical diversity, Moe has supported many groups and acts including Katalyst, Pnau, Butterfingers, Morganics, Ozi Battla, Good Buddha, The s.h.h.i.t. and Maya Jupiter.
Moe is also involved in an up n coming funk band called “Escondido” who have played venues such as The Metro, Marquee and V Bar.
