Tristan Cameron - Hard Dance 2005

Tristan Cameron has certainly found his place in Australia’s booming hard dance scene.

A technically brilliant and entertaining DJ and well respected promoter, Tristan currently holds down two residencies, and has recently been appointed resident of London’s Endorphin.Au (held @ Gas Nightclub, Sydney).

The extensive range of clubs and countries that Tristan has DJ’d in displays his musical versatility, and this remains one of his strongest attributes today, enabling him to play from funky groovy techno, through to trance and hard trance and the hardest of hard house depending on the occasion. However, what undoubtedly sets him apart from other DJs is the music at his disposal. Not one to just play what everyone else is playing at the time, Tristan is constantly evolving his style to maintain originality and diversity in his DJ sets.

In the past 3 years, Tristan has been instrumental in promoting Endorphin.UK and Release in London and more recently Carbon on Queensland’s Gold Coast. He has supported DJs such as Nick Sentience, Tara Reynolds, BK, Captain Tinrib, Phil Reynolds, Above & Beyond & Rob Tissera.

Not only a club DJ, Tristan also hosts ‘Harder_Education’ which is a 2hr hard dance mix-up on Radio Metro 105.7 (www.radiometro.com.au) every Friday night. Musically, the program covers all aspects of hard dance and remains the freshest dance show in Queensland.
