Born and raised in what could be considered as dance music’s final frontier, Brisbane, Australia, Matt Kitshon started djing after his first hand observations of the cultural revolution that was the acid house era of the late 80’s. In 2004 Matt relocated to his new home Shanghai, China, where he is now based.

With clubs in Shanghai now making him one of the most sort after foreign dj’s in the country, Matt has become one of only 4 permanent djs on the “china dj loop” a touring agency that takes both dj’s and musicians staging events in every region of china.

This opportunity has already seen him display his skills behind the decks to thousands of party-goers from some of the most remote cities in the world form Uramuqi to Fijian, Nanjing, Wuxi and Hang Zhou this is only the beginning of matt’s quest to take his style of electronic music to the people.
