fRew’s bass heavy, party rockin’, tech-electro sound, and rapid fire mixing style, has even the most blase bodies bouncing to his basslines. He’s had over five years experience behind the decks. Now in 2007, he’s taken it to the next level by writing his own records and signing with Vacation Records. His original tune “Shake With It” picked up massive respect from Micky Slim, and the Bass Bin Twins to name a few.
More recently, his remix of Bass Kleph’s “Coup d’etat” has been selling strong world wide and garnered massive props from Way Out West, Paul Jackson (Underwater Records), Tony Estrada (USA), Alex Grani (Italy), Phil K, Klaus Hill, Smithmonger and more. He’s also just finished a massive electro remix of the Shopliftas and has a huge new original in the pipeline for Vacation as well.
Aside from pushing the envelope in the studio he also co-hosts Beat Box Radio with Bass Kleph on 2SER 107.3FM. Each Friday afternoon, they broadcast the best in top shelf tech/electro house n breaks all over Sydney. They also podcast through iTunes to reach the rest of the world and have had over 70,000 downloads to date.
