When the underground clubbers of Sydney discuss the brightest young talents in house music, the name Tim Jirgenson often springs to mind. Tim is a young DJ/producer who started his dance music career in 1997 when he and his brother decided to buy an old set of turntables and start DJing. Tim soon started playing at parties around Sydney and has steadily earned himself a reputation as a quality underground DJ. Over the past year Tim has become a monthly resident at Sweetchilli and has played alongside some of Australia’s finest underground DJs.

In 2004 Tim started producing, and in late 2006 decided to make it into a career. Tim’s production and remix work has been instrumental in pushing him through not just as an artist but as a DJ. In early 2007 Andre Kronhert (Nightdrive Music Germany) signed Tim’s first LP (‘Just Call’). Since then Tim has worked on numerous EPs and remixes for labels both locally and abroad. Tim’s work has received great reviews and feedback from international artists like The Timewriter (Ger), Luke Fair (Can) and Neutron (Ger).
