Rene Amesz is an experienced and versatile producer based in the Netherlands who has had releases on Deep Records, Extrema, Houseworks, Lowriders, NuRepublic and Flamingo Recs. Rene is renowned for making cutting-edge house music with a deep edge and a certain Dutch funk. Rene is the perfect choice to kick off the Little Mountain Rocks series as he is no stranger to Little Mountain Recordings.
Tracks such as “Back Into The Funk” first surfaced on the label in 2004, with a track entitled “Fragile” coming year later, followed swiftly by Rene´s collaboration with Peter Gelderblom on the worldwide smash “You Make Me (Climb The Wall)”. Rene has two new singles slated for release on LMR, the first of which is entitled “Korona”, and comes with original and Rene Amesz remix, due for release in November 2008, followed by a track called “Totally romantic”.
As a DJ, this Flying Dutchman has circumnavigated the globe on deck duty many times, headlining gigs in North and South America, Asia, Australia, UK and rest of Europe on a regular basis. He’ll be back down under soon, don’t miss out!
