Ali B is a prominent member of London’s leftfield scene. Over the last decade he has held down residencies at the capital’s two most influential clubs. He spent his teens working at the Acid Jazz label and then as a DJ, made his mark as resident at the legendary Blue Note club. He now resides at Fabric where he has been from the day it opened. He has also extensively toured Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Asia and The US, taking his sound to an international audience.
Ali B spent several years working in Public Relations representing the likes of Gilles Peterson, Norman Jay and Pete Tong. He went on to host a weekly radio show on Capital FM for five years, the UK’s biggest commercial radio station, alongside various others slots on stations including BBC 6 and Ministry Of Sound Radio. He has also made several appearances on British television for the likes of MTV, ITV and Channel 4.
