Australian synth rock explorers Miami Horror have been winning everyone over since the release of their mega-buzzed 2010 LP Illumination LP and with stars and ambition in their eyes the Melbourne foursome are now getting ready to take their synth-infused gospel to the rest of the world, relocating to the United States later this year.
But before they go Miami Horror are giving us a national-sized farewell party, going out for their last live hurrah of 2011 with the Summer Sun tour kicking off this week and running through the month of July.
Having become a celebrated part of the Australian live music scene we thought this would be the perfect opportunity to get the Miami lads to mix us up an exclusive set which you’ll only hear on ITM. The boys were up to the challenge, prepping a one-off session with an all-Australian twist that rounds up the band’s favourite rarities from ‘80s post punk to disco, new wave, classic pop and ‘70s electronica.
