Alongside his many studio projects, Katalyst is still the passionate DJ he ever was. The prodigious beatmaker has already put together a couple of mixtapes to coincide with the release of his third album, Deep Impressions, which he talked about in-depth to inthemix this week.

The third and final mixtape The Originals has been passed over to us to share with you all on ITM-FM. Katalyst describes it like this: “Another 60-minute mix of soul, funk, rock and more as sampled by some of the pioneers of hip hop. This is the last instalment in the series.
