After his long-awaited appearance at the Space Ibiza party in Sydney on New Year’s Day, UK veteran Eddie Richards has stuck around for a headline set at Musik Matters. As well as interviewing the man last week, we managed to secure this exclusive mix to ease you into the weekend.

“I like to play across different genres but my aim is also to get a groove going and do that journey thing,” Richards told inthemix. “There is a danger of it getting repetitive and boring but I think that’s where experience and skill come in, to be able to read the crowd and pull out just the right track and keep the mix flowing nicely without messing up. It’s always a challenge but that’s what makes it interesting.”
