Good evening katz

Im looking for a bottle of 67 shiraz, and need some help.

Looking for it to drink the night of my dads birthday. We drank a bottle with him the night he died, and I would like another bottle, at least similar..

Cheers. :)

that's a seriously old bottle of wine that you're after.

whatever you choose, make sure it is in good condition and has been cellared properly. it would be a shame to choose an excellent wine only to find that it wasn't up to scratch in the drinking department.

i've had some good experiences at the oak barrell on elizabeth st near bathurst st.

ring the vinyard direct that you want.... if you are serious they may be able to help or pass you on to a person who can.

Hi,

Try Elizabeth Bay Cellars and Camperdown Cellars - both have decent museum wine sections...

I used to work for the guy that owns Camperdown Cellars and managed to get a bottle of 1944 port a couple of years back.

Goodluck!

I would love to buy a case, but I think buying a bottle is going to break my bank enough

Kemeny's at Bondi or the Summer Hill Wine Shop might also be worth a go, in terms of having decent museum selections.

if you can lay out approx. $15k on wine, just like that, then i want your job :(

If you are talking grange '67 then it is well past its prime, you would have been better off with a '66 or '65
