hey all
if any of you that are producing stuff would like your tracks played on radio please pm. Me and a mate of mine have a radio show on caboolture's community radio. Now i know most of you are now thinking why the hell bother but you can pick up the station from caloundra through to about the airport, and hey you get to here your stuff on the radio (if your within range). The show airs every Thursday night from 6-8 pm on 101.5 fm. Although currently a large portion of the show is hardcore, this is because I have no knowledge of what is coming out from all these more "underground" genres, so to speak. So if you want you can also pm some names of some of the tunes that are doin it for you at the moment.

Yes put them on your ipod.

If you want to put them on CD, you'll need to burn them on to a blank disc. IMO, if you want to keep copies on CD it might be better to get a copy off the dj (better quality than the downloaded one) if you can.

most of them are mp3s - just right-click, "Save link as..." (assuming you're on windoze), save the file to wherever, then when it's finished downloading, drag it into iTunes. From there you should be able to transfer them to iPod! :geek:

I've been divided over whether to post this up or not, but in the end decided to let you decide whether to download it (or not)..... it's a rejigged version of the Hindustani Dubstep mix I did for the !113g@1 v@1u3 sampler CD that a select few people received in March last year. I was reluctant to distribute it widely at the time because these were all the tracks in the genre & style that were available at the time, and I wanted the opportunity to play them out before they'd gotten played to death. Now I have more quantity of more advanced tracks to work with, my reluctance stems from my now being able to program a more fluid mix than this. But Dubstep's still a mystery genre to many people, and this is considered a satisfactory primer by most who heard it- if you're one of them, it now starts with Skream's Rottan instead of ending with Lightning, and I've added some effects & generally tidied up the levels & EQ for your listening pleasure. For those who haven't, I'd sum it up as Broken Beats & Big Basslines overlaid with World Music & the odd Hindi vocal. :)

Awesome set mate. I don't know where undiscovered have their servers but I was able to download this at 1500+kb/s - took all of 40 seconds to get the whole mix. If everyone else could start hosting their mixes here it would be awesome.

Loved the track that come in around 34mins that's got a bit of an acid squelch in it. /edit and now i've got to the final track and just danced around my room like I've not done for a good couple of months. definitely top quality stuff :thumb:

The demo is my preferred style - starts out with some slower heavier sounding synths, then eases into the progressive, before heading into the trance and ending with some tech :)

This demo was the first one to be made on what I am calling the Xone:800 or the DJM-92 :D It's pretty much the full Pioneer setup but with an A&H VF-1 equivalent emulated in software (Traktor 3 Studio) controlled by MIDI on the DJM. Here's a pic, if there's enough interest I can make a thread about it in the DJ Booth forum.

I have 2 productions on my myspace.
One is from myself, dirty b and torne's alias "Konflikt" the track is called start of the end.
It will be finished by tmrw hopefully. It's hardstyle but it's very different. It's going to be release 003 through www.aussiehardstyle.com digital releases which is in syncy with juno.com and other digital music sites. The song will also have 2 super rmxs by audio damage and luke spellbound.

Divided By is about 12 years old and Dethanimation is about 8 years old. I lost the master wav of this track so this version has been buffed up from a 128 kpbs mp3 :|

They show the wide range that I like to produce. There's lots in between which I might actually release in proper one day ( all of it was available on mp3.com at one stage -which I did really well on ) :zabiela:

What I really need is a quality electronic masterer and a good suitable label. I'm a bit precious about my music ( which is lame I know but I can't help it) so the masterer and label gotta be spot on.

clip that Lee and I (Dennis Remmer of TransCom) produced for (a radio edit of) "Rufige" - to YouTube.

This was a great clip mixing Lee's ( aka 8E38 ) rendered graphics with
snippets of live footage. We edited the whole clip on an analogue
vision mixer at TransCom HQ in 1997 and had it mastered to BetaCam at
UQ Prentice A/V. The clip appeared on Rage that year as well as on a
Nightlife Club Video compilation, and was shown at the Brisbane Short
Film Festival.
