Apparently Friendly are playing at the ANU this friday along with Soma Rasa and Pound System.

Anyone going? Anyone know how much it'll be?

I'm not sure if they're actually playing. Sketchycrew.com seemed to think so, but i didn't see it mentioned in BMA etc. It certainly would be cool if they did come again thuogh. Did u go to the last one a few weeks ago??

Yeah if this is the case it has been poorly promoted. Pound system and Friendly. That will rock.

No i didn't go last time, dont live in canberra most of the year. Last time i saw them was at homebake.

Poor promotion might be due to the fact that they aren't actually touring this time.

I wonder if there will be many people this time, considering not many people seem to know about it..?

Apparently it isnt on. I was told today by someone who called the ANU that it was definitly not going to happen. Damn shame. Would have been a good line up.

It's really weird, because it's been advertised in Buz and on Canberra Tribe that it is on, but ANU doesn't seem to know anything about it ... I'm pretty sure there's going to be a feature in Buz tomorrow on Friendly and I doubt they'd do that if it definitely wasn't on. Go figure.

Well there was quite a big article in buz today, so i presume that means that there's something on. Oh well i suppose we might as well rock up anyway.

Cheers Lee Lee...
That would have to be one of the weirder events in Canberra's extensive dance history. Who advertises an event that isn't on?! I mean really. Who throws a shoe?
Where did this rumour start? That would have been a really good party. If it was on.

"Apparently it isnt on. I was told today by someone who called the ANU that it was definitly not going to happen. Damn shame. Would have been a good line up. "

NAH! . I had it on good authourity that its was on. Did you even bother to check it out. It would have been awesome but i didnt go. SO the question remains, was it on? I would have gone but im more into the slower, dark, upbeat, regressed, tribal, indy, gabba, progressive, tech, down tempo, chilled, nrg, hardhouse.

So the big promoting issue that i want to know is, was it on or not?
