Woah. What a mixed nite.

My spikey bag was popular! Plenty of folks copped a feel!

Both Ashley and John blew me away, but Kelly destroyed. That's @!#$ you ain't heard in this town.

On the other hand, the second half of the nite was a fukkin NIGHTMARE. Once I got to recovery I was in pretty bad shape.

You know you are if the phone to ripped off had a Ferrari logo! Now I am SCREWED because I'll be fukked if I remember the number of the people in there! Most importantly, the number of a girl Erin, who I MUST speak too is in there. I really need to see this girl. Fuuuuuuuk.

bad things first:

1. dancefloor was toxic. crowded, low roof, very hot: not safe. I didn't see the ventilation fans go on till later in the night, after that not so bad. before that it didn't feel safe being there for more than 20-30 mins at a time.

2. repetition of a couple of tracks as someone mentioned. oh well, not the end of the world

3. closedown at 6am bit of a shame, 7 or 8 would have been nicer. banana hit capacity and there was a big lineup in the street so gave it a miss

good things:

1. laser/light show absolutely exceptional

2. lotsa space to chill out, kinda makes up for (1) above

3. very happy up for it crowd, great vibe

4. got talking to a big pommy guy with a monstrous accent - AKA gatecrasher tour manager - who gave me an official twisted/crasher backstage pass in exchange for a tweaknation/crasher "trespass all areas" pass. made my night :-)

how cool was meeting the tour manager and ashley casselle? even nicer that he wanted to swap his official tour pass for your tweaknation pass (tweaknation took the cake on the design front tho:)

agree with the comments above. i didnt like the music much, but that is just personal preference. the recovery at habana was quite sketchy indeed - a lot of sad, sorry faces :(
