Quality is starting to arrive on a regular basis in this town, not just the fang parties. Fridays at havana have been pretty good lately state nights have been solid and last fridays friction was a great night too. Good to see. Is nick warren playing at havana ?

nickie is on at anu. blessing or a curse? leastways it'll make a change from banana. but i'd dearly love somewhere new to go in canberto. i guess it doesn't matter nicks someone who could play in my toilet (and believe me its not a very nice toilet [got great reverb though])and it would still rock da house.

I felt the ANU as a venue was impvroved tenfold when opened right up as it was for Gatecrasher. Under that setup it didn't seem such a poor substitute for UC.

Will probably see nick warren in sydney on the thursday, the anu refec is not a choice venue for a choice DJ. Would rather pay more for less people and a smaller, better club venue. Friction was good, u missed a good night out. ciao
