using cordial, I’d drink a litre or 2 a day,
with no cordial... a glass or so.

About 2L at work and then heaps more if I am out and about.
1.5 - 2 litres everyday, but more if I'm out on a hot sunny day, and I drink lots of water if I'm out or hungover.

Oh no recycled thread idea!
I used to rarely drink water years ago. These days I wonder if in fact I drink way too much.

At least 4 litres, probably closer to 5.
Mind you, I work out twice a day.
But also, I find it impossible to think properly without constant rehydration.

usually between 1 and 2 litres.
umm, if you want to drink water-like substances bc you get bored with water, maybe try sparkling mineral water?
the bubbles make it seem more exciting (
or, sparkling mineral water or soda water with a dash of cranberry juice and a squeeze of fresh lime is really good.

Between 3 and 4 litres
Here's a PDF I found from the Australian Gov site:
http://www.nhmrc.gov.au/publications/_files/n33.pdf
Basically we need 2.5-3.0L of hydrating FLUID each day.
1.25L comes from solid foods and the body’s metabolism (oxidation process).
So we need: 1.25-1.75L in hydrating fluid each day - water being the best thing for this.
I had always heard this number being 2L rather than less. More wont hurt, it'll just help you want to pee pee some more.
I don't like drinking water... so it is something I have to try and increase this summer.
Remember kiddies - drink plenty of water!
