Searching is disabled so here's a brand new one. Was that the finale??? What a show! I loved the visual effects they went wild with at the end, it was so well done. And yay Brian and Justin getting on with their lives made me happy :-D Good to see the little married couple still getting down at Babylon too, that gives me hope ;) I'm really gonna miss all of the cast, it was so well done.

Now there's no Atlantis, no SG-1, no Enterprise, no Dead Like Me, no Oz, no Amazing Race and no QAF... Nothing left to watch on TV :(

I was so hoping Brian and Michael would hook up, all the talk about old days, the little hints and flirt comments, the marriage being cancelled, then dancing together at Babylon. Wishful thinking i guess.

Brian will always be on his own, he can't be tied down, i'm glad they ended it like that.

I do not at all feel comfortable with seeing guys hook in but the way they have established the characters over time got me hooked and im spewing its over :(

Alison - it'll be in the post to you in the morning ;) I've got the behind the scenes bonus episode that followed this one too. Very cool to see the actors talking about their experience of the show.

I cried so much in this season - not just in the sad bits but just at little things when justin and bryan got the house and lots of little things like that when all the pieces fell into place for everyone :blush:

I was really disappointed with the finale... Ted and Em just going off with random guys at the ski resort place was crap and there were so many loose ends I thought, such as how Justin felt about the wedding being off and him not having that security that he truly wanted. Loved every episode before but I thought the final one was pretty weak.

^ Ted went off with Blake who he had previously fallen for twice. It was perfect for them to finally get together in a situation where their relationship would work.

Yeah :) Though i can see where LK was coming from because it did all seem a bit rushed - i kept expecting psycho stalker dude to come into the ski hut and fuck it all up for them. I guess we've been trained to watch these poor guys (and gals) go through absolute hell for 5 years so seeing them all happy feels odd.

Brian and Justin always felt like they were in different worlds so i think it was for the best they both moved on. I know i've been in love in the same way - where sure we were crazy in love but it just couldn't work because of different lives and different goals. Seeing Brian with his closest friend and then disappearing into the music by himself was great because i've felt the same way. In the epilogue in my head he falls in love with someone else who's a better fit :)

And man, how good were those effects in the last few minutes? Brian and Justin fucking with all the colors overlaid and the movement and... wow. It was really cool. Then Babylon turning from a warehouse into a club - very cleverly done. I got a special FX boner ;)

I'd be happy with just a big gay district. I visited Commercial Rd in Melbourne thinking it was gonna be like The Valley but bigger and gayer, but it seems to be like... a bar, a club and a French pastry shop. Hardly Liberty Ave. Maybe Sydney's the go :) Some day the whole group is gonna make the Mardi Gras pilgrimage, that should be a blast.

I thought they rapped the whole show up way too fast, 2 or 3 weeks ago I thought they had a few months left in them. Actually why the hell did they end it at all, had at least a few more stella seasons in them.

Good to see Brian not change though, if I was gay that guy would be an idol to me, but instead his juts a legend
