Ok my fellow happy-chappys, heres the deal. In a month or so I'm going to be selling my designs on shirts through 'Felt' in the city(and possibly Cowboys and Angels, I've yet to approach them), and I'd like to know what you'd like to see on shirts, what you'd wear. I have plenty of designs at present, but I intend to market the shirts as unique. Which means I'll be printing each design in very limited numbers. so the chances of you runnning into someone else with the same design will be next to none. Anyone out there with artistic talent, or a decent idea feel free to gimmie a yell. I'll pay well for designs, and if you have a good idea that I use you'll score a free shirt out of it. I'll be doing t-shirts, jackets and eventually jeans I hope.
look forward to seeing your designs pimpamon. how are you printing them and on what sort of t-shirts?
since we're talking fashion, does anyone else share my extreme distaste for t-shirts with "tripper" as the telstra or twisties logo or "mdma" as the nrma logo?? the wearer may as well slap "i take drugs" on their forehead. by wearing one of those t-shirts you're basically announcing to the world that you take drugs, and therefore are cool. i'm all for culture jamming, but i think that people who think they're cool or hard or above others because they take drugs are uncool.

Pimpamon: got some designs, might be interested in what youre up to, how do I get in contact with you?
Livian: yeah pretty much agree with you there....
Nah, what uncool are people who DON'T take drugs and wear tripper t-shirts because they want to be cool. Especially 16 year olds.

Hey Pimpamon
Will you make a me a special designer tshirt please?
meow
yeah, i agree, that's pretty uncool fimble. the t-shirts in question were once, for a brief moment, sharp and subversive, and are now totally done. i think i am going to go on a rampage around canberra washing lines, and burn them all. or maybe not.

OK People, anyone who wants to get in contact with me can drop me a mail at Pimpamon@aol.com, They DEFINATLEY wont be in the style of the 'tripper' etc etc shirts. cyZilla, gimmie a yell, show me what'cha got :) The designs will be many and varied, and I'm currently sourcing for the highest quality shirts I can find. At the moment it looks like they'll be from the 'Pervert' factory in Melbourne. If all goes well, then shirts will be just the start. I hope to do jumpers, jeans, whatever I can get my hands on. The images will be Screen-printed on by hand. I also do completely custom shirts (Ie. yours are well on the way kitty-kat) So if anyone wants a one-off shirt, then throw me a line with what you want, colours, etc etc... I'll warn you though, expect to be paying $60+ for one-offs. (Except for The diabolical Catwoman, she gets freebies)
Ok. thats more than enough from me, any quiries, you know where to look.
I choose you, hooker~chu!
Pimp, are you just buying blank shirts from Pervert? cause I think theyd cost u quite a bit. Check out these guys, theyre from Melb too but they make good shirts and they're one of the cheapest around:

Yeah, I'm buying blank t's in bulk dusty, the reason I'm going through Pervert is because of the high quality and %100 Australian made. Thanks for the info, I'll give it a look into. Ta. I'm also trying to source for funky 70's style big collar button shirts if anyone out there knows of a good supplier.
