No idea. I've been drinking more during the week lately though. Reckon I'd still scrape in under 20 though?

I used to drink about 5- 10 drinks in a weekend when i was always going out. These days i don't really drink much at all. Maybe 1 drink in a weekend if even that.

Sometimes I'm under 20, sometimes I'm 40+.

Depends on the week.

of course a bottle us about 7 standard serves of alcohol.

If a glass around 150 mls is a standard drink, stands to reason.

If you drink magnums I think there is a problem though. ;)

I put 0-20 as that is what I would normally be. Sometimes it is more though!

Netty, Krafty - My bf's mum and I bought some red wine glasses and one bottle is one glass each! That way we can say "We only has a glass each!"

Depends on the week.

I would say between 20-40 most weeks if I limit myself to weekends, although I would have to say I have been known to have 40+ more times than I probably should :P

i only drink 1 night a week maximum...i'll do that for about 6 weeks then have 6 weeks off. it's called trashbag phasing :p it's not planned, it's just that after going out every week for a month and a half i get run down and tired and have to retire.

my friends must find it so annoying. i'm always either piking on them constantly or dragging them out more than they'd like to go out. if they didn't pike on me ever then we'd be on the same cycle and burn out at the same time and all would be sweet 8) :-D

Usually 0 - 20 sometimes more... But it's usually in one or two big nights. You could say I'm a teenage binge drinker at the age of 28.

Having said that... no booze till Good Vibes on the 18th of next month :thumb:

If I have a big night out on the weekend I'll crack 40, but most weeks I'd be in the low 20s, I usually have a couple of stubbies or a longneck after I get home from work most nights and a few more on the weekend, but I don't drink anywhere near as much as I used to.

I've got a pair of Riedel burgundy glasses which have a capacity of 670 ml.

You are, it should go without saying, not meant to fill them to capacity. They make even ordinary wine taste wonderful, but you have to be so, so careful when you are washing them.

I hate the stuff.

Not that I don't drink occassionally...or wipe myself out at times for that matter, but I do try and stay away from it. I can't stand feeling like shit the neext morning.

I might drink once every month/couple of months

erm ... too much.
When I was still living in Scotland, I used to drink almost every nite and get home at 3 or 4 in the morning and roll into work at 9.
Not proud of it.
I don't really know how much I drink, especially if a mate and I are doing rounds.

Yeah riedel glasses are the shizz when it comes to making wine smell and taste good. Fucking expensive though and for all the chateau cardboard i guzzle it'll take more than riedel glasses to make it taste or smell good*dreams of a nice bottle of st henri* And btw for the record my holiday routine is like a few beers in the afternoon heat with lunch then a few more at sunset and then a few more for the taste and then wine in the evening. Yes i am a pisspot and will be DTing next week at work*quails*

Mate would you know of somewhere that sells a good range of drinking glassware? I'm after a big goblet style glass for drinking Belgian trappist ales out of, it needs to be able to take a 375ml bottle with a fair bit of room to spare (no more than 2/3 full).

I used to drink excessively, but now I listen to my body and once i get to my desired drunkness i slow it down to one drink an hr....its a waste otherwise....I really think in the next 10-20 years we are going to have a massive increase in alcoholic diseases soooo many binge drinkers out there compared to 20-30 yaers ago
