i've watched all 9 episodes to date, and its fantastic. only thing that annoys me is how lately they've focused more on the issues of the guys running the club than the girls.

having family in latvia who've told me many times of the reality of the sex trade industry (like kidnappings in broad daylight in countries like moldova and the ukraine) it hits home hard.


brings to mind the passage in ben elton's high society where tommy hanson is with the croatian call girl and she explains how the west's appepite for drugs and sex is fuelling the misery of half of eastern europe.

I know what you mean sasha, i havn't got family from russia but i lived there for about 7 years and these sort of shows can really get to you when you understand the full ramificatons of it and how deeply it is embedded into a society that is trying to catch up with europe. I miss the palce though.

Your right, the only happy ending I reckon you'll see is the rest of the dolls getting deported.I reckon Vincent might kill Ray somehow also.
