help.

I do squats, cycling etc but the inner thighs ain't toning.

Anyone got any other tips before I head to a lipo clinic? :lol:

It's probably the very last place you'll lose fat from :(
So keep with the cardio.

If you already have low bf & just want shape, then do wide-leg (sumo?) squats or hip adductor exercises.
But yeah, most likely it's just your stubborn spot.

As said, use the hip adductor machiene. It'll tone up the muscle underneath, but you gotta do cardio to get rid of the fat over top. Have you try running? I hated running but forced myself to start. It did wonders for my legs.
