ok
maybe not in that context
but....
its getting colder
im eating enough food daily to feed an entire african village.
im getting stronger every week
(that sounds like a vegemite song)
and my scales are suprising me every time i jump on them

i thought this may be a place where u beefcakes can post, and we can talk each other out of cutting too soon!! :)


so i'll get things started......

so far i have ripped the arse out of my boardies (they were my favourites) and yesterday i just lost the button for my work pants.

im fat. and i :love: it.

As much as i'm trying, i'm just not getting fat. I'm eating like a horse but they're reasonably clean calories. I was so set on getting a gut this winter, but it looks like my metabolism just isn't going to let me. :( At least i'm still making gains though, so I can't complain really.

I like this thread!!

I'm not doing much in the way of gym at the moment and if im not asleep im sitting in a chair doing nothing so my activity level is basically 0 (except for dancing on weekends).

Unfortunately I think I have worms or something because i'm so fucken hungry.
To the point where I have to eat food while im waiting for other food to cook.
Eg. if i've got pasta on which takes 10 mins to boil, I smash 2 chicken sandwhiches in that time. Or if i've got oats in the microwave which take 5 mins, I smash a bowl of rice bubbles cause I can't stand waiting.
I'm hammering out 3-400g carbs in ONE meal sometimes and upto 1000g carbs per day. Still always clean food, but ridiculous amounts of it. 1kg bags of oats are only lasting me one day now :meh: I think I have a serious eating disorder :lol:

It's a good thing I cut down to the lowest bf i've ever been before I started this binge/lack of gym work because needless to say the bodyfat is piling back on rather quickly... but strangely, I don't mind it :D

I have tripled what i usually eat, i can't stop. I've gone through 5 sandwiches already today, and i could go more. But I'm at my lightest in years. Have been training 4 days a week, and 2 swimming sessions though

Business as usual for me, which means I eat everything in sight and have my usual tubby gut, although I've packed on a bit of size in my upper body at least.

Marzy?? You are eating more and still losing BF%?? I think I need to go back to my trashy habits that’s the best way to shed fat off quickly. My love handles and thighs just won't part with me :( My water rentention is getting worse :( I'm fat & lubby :~(

And none of the "beef cakes" are on the juice (or have been). Its pure determination.

i felt so flat
mayb perhaps i drove 1 hr in bumper to bumper traffic and my left leg was totally fucked before i even got to the gym from having to press the clutch in every 2 seconds.

everything else going fine. still smashing my core :ninja:

shoulders today. my gym REALLY needs to get a shoulder press

abs still sore from mon. its good that they are getting dominated but bad that they arent recovered so i can do the second part of my ab/core program on the friday.

:lol: I wish it was pingers, atleast I would have had fun instead of being in the most pain of my entire life. I had a gastro virus that landed me in hospital. But I was stubborn and didn't go to hospital straight away so it became gastro virus > fever > SEVERE dehydration :meh:

p.s. re: pingers. I duno why people say they can't eat for days after getting on it. I devour every single thing in my kitchen after a night on the magic beans.

I cant get to sleep without eating something when I arrive home. Otherwise I lay in bed thinking about food too much.

I hear ya bruv, i got salmonela poisoning 3 weeks ago, spent about 5 days with stomach cramps and dehydration from too much shitting.

Besides that i've had junk food every day for a while and havent put on a single bit of fat. Happy days.

yep definitely belong in this thread right now :|.

have been concentrating on resistance work to the exclusion of cardio for a little while now (better for this whole lung infection bizzo).

3 day split. now doing 10-12 reps (thanks lala). lots of squats, deadlifts, bent over rows.

can't wait til it gets warm! i'm rather fascinated and revolted by this little piece of extra ass i've grown :meh: :~(.

I have also increased the diet quite a bit... Its getting to be quite annoying i never seem to get that full feeling anymore and i can always eat a couple hours later :( My abs arnt popping out as much as id like :lol: but the rest of me is looking swole! I dont think its possible to put on fat if you eat clean i have tryed for years and im still lean :\

broke my thumb at footy about 5 weeks ago and havnt been able to do much weights and havnt been assed running and have put on about 5kg!! all of it went straight to my stomach!!
Wish the thumb would heal soon!!!
Feel yuck sitting at home eating and playing ps2....

I've been out of the gym for about 2 months now but instead focussing on weight loss. I'm still unhappy with how much bf I hve but what's encouraging is that this time last year I weighed 99kg, I checked my weight yesterday and I'm down to 87k.

Needless to say I would like to check my bf percentage.
