I was listening to the lastest Skam record tonight (the one with no label) and found out its by Funckarma.

The skam ep is pretty fuckin wild. Serious Aphex action. Brutally efficent music with dancefloor vibe yet it holds a delicate and dinamic musical feel. Pretty fuckin hot release.

Then you put this into contrast with the Shadow Hunters hip hop edge and once again ripping electronic flows but with a funk vibe. Amazing talent here

with a roster featuring wevie stonder, push button objects, gescom and bola who wouldn't dig this label

have only heard a handful of funckarma tracks, cool stuff, it's hard to pigeon hole their sound though

The Funcken Bros have been one of my favourite music collaboraters for a fair while now, love all their output for sure. I'm hanging to get that Skam record, but funds have been low as of late. Will have to keep my eyes open for a local store with it in stock, as intern'l freight is a killer!
I recommend all their stuff, really liking "Smizm" at the moment and also "Bourbon Sounds"

I wanted to grab the Funckarma guys as part of the line-up for Circuitry last year, but just missed out on them due to tour logistics. Really hope they come back again as well - I'd def. be angling for a Canberra date...

the usual Skam.....Bit of trivia for yah.
