Can someone tell the majority of Adelaide DJ's to start playing some new tunes...please!!!;D
yo omar (heh heh)...
ive just done a new mix cd for the melbournejungle.com website as part of their mixup series. its a quite hard track selection, with all new tracks, a tune from adelaides mark7, and some as yet unreleased TOV and Renegade Hardware tracks - anyone who saw grooverider last weekend wouldve heard dillinjas 'welcome to the bassline' for one, others coming from dylan, exile, danny c, dj red and again dillinja.
im burning up a few next week, and will be parting with them for $5 a pop (just to cover costs of cds and printing of covers), so if anyone wants one, email me at jrutt@ihug.com.au or leave a message here.
hope these are new enough for ya!
you must be talking about club dj's omar ..
All the rave DJ's i know are from stale :-*
@ Jayar : I'd be interested in a copy of that CD. I'm making up a mix CD of hard drum and bass at the mo... nothing terribly new on it... but just alot of nice & nasty drum and bass. Quite a few tracks from )eib(, dom and roland, dillinja etc.....

You must be listening to the wrong DJs...
Granted, maybe its time for the majority of clubs and DJs to stop treating punters like idiots and start serving them up something new. Don't know about the rave scene but there are only a handful of club DJs who are consistently pushing the sound forward...
Drop into Red Room after 1 on Fridays if you want to see what I mean.
