Does the Gold Coast have good clubs

i went to the G.C. at the start of the year,i went to a place called the drink and i was told it was the best club in the gold coast,it was playing top 40,then crap hi nrg,is this what you guys call a "club" im from sydney,and the drink wouldnt match up to the worst dingy rsl in sydneys dodgy suburbs,was i told wrong are there actually good clubs on the G.C.?????......

damn mattsback, unfortunately you were given some dud info there buddy. the only decent club on the goldie is the berlin bar. i think its one of the best clubs i've been to - period- and thats saying something when you consider im from melbourne, which has had its fair share of great clubs over the years. the berlin has hosted the likes of carter, demitri, masters at work etc.

yeah, i'll back up Lowkey there. I dont like the GC, but i've heard the Berlin Bar is the place to go. I sympathise with your crap experience mattsback, cause it is hard to get clubbing info when you're a tourist.

Yeah top marks have to go to the Berlin Bar. Seeing Dimitri and Derrick Carter there would have to rate as one of the best nights in the last 6 months. Not quite so many big name acts there lately though!

thats right berlin is the spot heaps of stuff coming up you should check out junior sanches he rocks also this dude from sydney called hi fi mike i saw at mateo and matos from nyc he rocked it big time i got a berlin email hes on there 25 may
i highly recomened it and this wont be a dud my friend.
