Nah, if you read bio's about Deetron, he's been a huge fan/supporter of Detroit techno from the start. I seem to remember his groovetech set starting with a Detroit classic. I wish groovetech would bring their archives back up!

Check this: http://www.organised-djs.com/deetron.htm

What I find interesting is how a lot of the new techno mix CD's that have all come out of late, from the Euro techno 'big names' are adding lots of Detroit 'big names' tracks, and it seems to be happening the other way around too... eg: Kevin Saunderson's latest mix that's full of Euro techno 'big names' tracks, which I think is an excellent thing!

Look at that vinyl. A great way to pick up some old Metroplex, Planet E, Djax, and 430 West tune.

Dance by Earth People.. I'm buying the comp just for that.
