not long to go peoples. this guy is a quality, quality dj. moskva bar sat april 28 dj's phil smart, chris anderson (headfunk) mild seven (empire, submersion) anthony miller (all over the shop, zzz jamsandwhich) lestadt, clint hargreaves and pete weise. only -$7@door. very fun, intimate atmosphere at horny. dont miss this one.

It could have been OK even with the few people that were there but what was that lighting guy trying to do. He lit the empty dance floor up like a fecking christmas tree. great way to get people on an empty floor, NOT.

surely youre joking. the place was absolutely packed. the only time you would

have seen not much floor action would have been very early in the night, which is

pretty common in most clubs/ partys. how dare you put such a bullshit post on

this forum. its laughable. youre right about the light on the floor early though. it

was picked up on and turned off, which provided a better effect. you obviously left

by about 10.30 and didnt hang around for phil smart who rocked it and was stoked

about the party and the huge crowd who showed up. phil is actually here as i reply

to this post and he is laughing and cannot believe you wrote such garbage. who

are you, a rival promoter trying to hoodwink the public? it wont work because briz

is a small town and those who were there know how packed it was and truth will

spread faster than your little lie. in fact staff at mantra heard that it was going off

and came to check it out, dj's rob mitchell, mark briais, grant lagastas and various

other briz dj's were there all night and enjoyed it. 270 people went to 'horny' at

the moskva bar last night. given it's a small club, needless to say it was busy

most of the night. who are you anyway?

You're right, I did leave early (but more like 12.30 than 10.30). I guess I was just expecting it to stay the same.

I'm glad you sorted out the lights and it ended up being a good night for you. I guess I just ran off at the mouth a little bit. No disrespect intended.

I wasnt there myself, but from what I hear, the place was packed until the speaker blew then a fair few people left. So someone coming later in the night would have seen the place looking quite empty where if they had come half an hour early, the place would have been full. From what I hear, it was a really good night out anyway....

thats cool mercury. bummer you didnt stay. the vibe was truly one of the best i've

been amongst in a while, and phil played a sensational set. and percy, the

speaker didnt blow, but a sub did end up vibrating a little later in the night. and to

have a packed club for 8 hours solid, well that would almost be a miracle in briz.

the crowd was choccas til phil finished his set at 2am then it dropped off slightly

but never went below about a quarter-third full. the floor retained groovers til the

end and out the back in the open air was packed at one stage too, until it started

to rain a little. it was the biggest crowd the moskva bar has had, way more than

'acidisco', 'incoming' and any other night there so far. we'll keep you posted about

the next 'horny'. have a great week.
