Can anyone help me please..... A few friends of mine are on the Gold Coast and would like to know the best places to go out.

They like techno, trance, hard house...... Not into Hi NRG or R&B or Top 40.

sorry....cant help you. if it was Bris, no problems, but the GC is not reknown for good quality music. Berlin Bar is the best i think...check some of the other threads here in the forum.
