Well, this is the situation, we're losing our good friend - to the country would you believe which means we've got a spare room to rent - if you want it.
3Br HOUSE NORTH SYDNEY/WAVERTON.
Real close to Waverton train station and not interrupted by any 'train' noise.
Real close to shops and cafes. Oh yeh, Blues Point Rd and Crows Nest cafes are a short walk. Sydney CBD as well as North Sydney CBD are a stones throw too. So we're pretty much close to everything and anything.
Cost: rent $165p/w EXCLUDES living expenses.
Expenses include all utilities and cable.
Off-street parking as well as street parking.
OTHER HOUSEMATES include Steve & me (jase) quite easy going, down-to-earth and all that shit...just looking for someone similar, say 20-30 who'll fit in quite nicely.
