The producers we are looking for are:
Extremely creative and original.
Have a good understanding of the Hip Hop/R'n'B sound.
Ambitious and dedicated to this field of work.
Able to work well with a team.
and.....
Most of all, wanting to be a part of one of the most hard-hitting labels ever to come out of Australia.
You don't necessarily have to have a great deal of previous experience, but you must be confident that you have what it takes.
