There is an unofficial Kandy site www.angelfire.com/electronic/hardkandy
There is a message board where DJ's and HK freaks go- so maybe try there... There are quite a few awesome compilations mixed up by the DJ's floating around- There is a review up on the cd compilation of DJ Nexus- HaRd NRG vol. 1 under the music reviews on inthemix- that i did. Post a message on the HK board i'm sure someone there can confirm or unconfirm your enquiries. :) :) :)
Its no rumour... There is a Hard Kandy CD coming out... But I don't think its been mixed yet??? PiNKe is right though, there are a bunch of mix tapes etc floating around from the various DJs...
Brad is dat u? Brad promoter of Pharmacy? if it is can u email me at e_quinox@mbox.com.au coz I havent spoken to ya in ages and it would be good to catch up, see ya soon
Got my hands on a CD D-Base had made... but I don't think it is ever beeing released.. it's just 74 min of mix with the best tracks she played during 2000.. it's not a live CD... and I doubt you'd ever get your hands on it :-)
I will approach her about it and see what happens.....ta
... it is a farking good CD... but it has no trackmarks which is a pain.
eh
... do you mean who mixed the CD D-Base has made, or who mixed the compilation by DJ Nexus... giiiz... I dunno... anyone wanna answer this one? :-)
Im talking about the Cd D-Bass made.......but if anyone would like to tell me more about Nexus' CD I would be happy
Hmmmm, now;
"I hear a rumour that there is a Hard Kandy CD floating around that isnt available in record stores yet but its still in circulation as Ive heard various people proclaiming it to be really mad, can someone tell me how I can get my hands on it? cost, etc."
Tommy, this is the original post I read when I made my post. Does it say anything about who what where etc?
No. I'm from sydney, been to Hard Kandy twice, and I was wondering who mixed, compiled or for that matter shot it out their ass.
"giiiz, I dunno, who's the dumb ass now?"
That is all, thank you;-)
Cool,
Thankyou very much;-)
Ja.
Eh... "Ja" whatever are you on about... what the original post said is irrelevant... cause the posts following the original post answered partly the question asked... and then you show up and decide to ask the same question again without reading the posts which already answered it... But OK, I'll make it easy for you...
D-Bass has mixed the D-Bass CD
Nexus has mixed the Nexus CD
The CD Brad talked about which is not mixed yet... well I guess noone has mixed that one yet...
..tell me if you are still unsure about who the dumbarse is!
Hmm,
When you are used to sydney forums when they start out talking about a club, music, whatever; then three posts later they start talking about what colour their dog is, how many pills they ate on the weekend and how good looking another dj might be, you learn to not read follow ups.
Melbourne people on a whole *seemed* to be a hell of alot more with it whenever I have been there, so next time I'll give it the benefit of the doubt.
So, as much as I hate doing this, *cringe*, sorry Tommy, I should have looked.
Peace and regards,
Ja;-)
