Videos for the kind of music in this forum aren't exactly common place, but they're out there. And thanks to Youtube (etc) you can get a sense for what a certain band is like live or you get to see the one video they made in 1996 before Tex Perkins has a chance to choose it on Rage.

One of my favourite songs, Radio Protector by 65daysofstatic live at Pukkelpop. I need to see this band.

Also the video for the song with added global warning speech samples!

NO fucking idea how to imbed videos on itm... So I quoted nic_zero's post that had the imbedded one and the link for the same videos to see the difference between them... THERE WASN'T ANY.

Anyway this vid deserves to be seen a bit larger than those little imbedded ones....

This is an awesome track but a fucking AMAZING video, one of my favourites ever.

Make sure you check out 'First Original Silence' by Original Silence. They are band mostly comprised of Norweigan folks, with Thurston Moore thrown in as well. They do improv post-rock type stuff. A lot of improv seems pretty so so to me but I quite liked that release.

The case says it's pleix, and wiki says they are a group of graphic artists/musicians and have made these videos:

"Get Down" - Groove Armada (2007)
"Birds" - Vitalic (2006) - created for the song Poney, part 1 from Vitalic's OK Cowboy album.
"Netlag" - Bliss (2004)
"Cish Cash" - Basement Jaxx (2004)
"Sometimes" - Kid606 (2003)
"E-Baby" - Bleip (2003)
"Pride's Paranoļa" - Futureshock (2003)
"Clicks" - Bleip (2002)
"Simone" - Beip (2002)
"Itsu" - Plaid (2002)
"More" - Bleip (2002)
"No" - Bleip (2001)
"Beauty Kit" - Bleip (2001)

This is really old but at the same time it's timeless. For some unknown reason NZ noise band The Dead C got a set on a music TV show. This is the result:

Excellent clip that, thought the breakdown does lose a little on youtube.

The Autechre Gantz Graf clip is pretty impressive, only saw that a couple of days ago. don't know if I'd be keen to listen to that without the video though. Can't link yet but.

This is actually a demo for a piece of linux software, Fijuu2.
"4 minutes of realtime, improvised performance using the new 3D music-making software, Fijuu2.
The player morphs forms with a PS2-style gamepad, which alter sounds that are then recorded to tracks.
Fijuu2 is an open-source project and runs on Linux."
