Hi,
I'm interested in getting a simple graphics tablet for my Macbook. Mostly for Photoshop work. I'm not keen to spend heaps, and it doesn't need to be the latest and greatest, just something simple that works reasonably well.
What can you people recommend?
Cheers,
Ben.
I bought a wacom graphire 2 tablet several years ago now and it's still kicking strong. The woroking surface is only 4x6 inches and although it can be a bt limiting at times i find that generally the size isn't that much of an issue.
This tablet was the cheapest in wacom's line around 3 years ago at $120ish and as far as i know they're still around that price and would definitely recommend getting one :)

I don't know much about the Wacom range, but isn't the Bamboo more suited for writing? You'll get a lot more out of the features in the Graphire range (if you're doing photoshop work), and they start out from about $130
I'm using a Wacom 12 x 12 inch i bought in 2000, and it's still going strong. I'm lost without it. I use it for drawing in flash and photoshop as well as all my graphic design layout work. I turfed my mouse years ago. Paid $700 for in in 2000.
