Hi all

I have finally decided to get some new carts...i decided on Shure M44-G's. The Shure case is around $60 and i was wondering if there are any cheaper alternatives that will accommodate my carts?

Cheers

I've got one of the Shure cases and have never had reason to look for an alternative. A quick search just now revealed this:

...which I don't think I'd trust with all its foamy shit.

Seriously, the Shure box is worth the spend. Dustproof, waterproof, hard as nails. And how cool does it look? You have to take into account how cool it looks.

I have 4 of the Shure ones and 1 x Vestax one. You can't kill the Shure ones.

If you're a real tight arse however...

use the tube the M44G's came in.

I used to do this. The end would always pop off in my back and I would find my cart floating around.

Pay the money and get the Shure.
